Loving all the people that were saying wanting to loose the same weight as what their children weigh currently. I have been keeping track of that as well. So far I have lost my 2 year old's weight(26 lbs) and my 5 year old's (37lbs). Now I am trying to loose how much my 7 year old weighs, 50 lbs. When you can see that sort of physical weight in front of you it really gives you a different perspective and idea of the actual amount that has been lost.
Good job everyone, keep up the good work!
Currently at 138(it's been four years since I weighed this). It will probably take me over a month to get to 120s. So instead I am focusing on loosing 50 lbs total since I started tracking cals and exercising. 5 lbs to go. I also started 30 day Shred(level1day4 completed today) and I am looking forward to getting to the halfway point.
I made it to 50 pounds lost. I'm sitting at 131 lbs. I did the Shred for a week but the only time I could do it was at night after kids were in bed. I hated working out twice a day. Once I get closer to my goal weight I'll start adding strength at the gym when I go. My new mini goal is to get into the 120s, haven't been 129 for 5 years. Then my next mini goal is 125(weight I was when I first got pregnant with eldest child).
I am humored that when I hit 130(1 lb away) I'll have lost the same amount of weight as what my 7 year old weighs.roboliciousbob wrote: »One of my fitness goals is to run an 8 minute mile outside. On the treadmill I got a 8:20 comfortably. My fastest time outside without really trying was 8:30. I am a slow runner and not much love for sprinting. I
Weighed myself this morning and I'm 129.4 lbs! 125 here I come!! I also managed a 7minute 50 second mile this last weekend: new goal to have multiple 8 minute miles in one run. I'm not sure how much faster I really need or want to go beyond this. Maybe 7:30 mile but that is probably as far as I'll push myself, anything beyond that is not necessary to me. I'm not trying to do competitions or runs. I can do 12 regular push-ups before I need a rest, new goal 20! I joined a plank challenge for the month. Trying to do at least 60 minutes worth in a month or double that.

I would love to be that fast. You have inspired me to work on my running this summer. I've lost 50+ pounds but still feel like a very slow runner. I'm going to time myself doing a mile run next week and then work on improving my time.3 -

I'm working on my speed as well. I'm using the C25K structure, but jogging/running instead of walking/jogging. So far, so good!

I would've made my mini goal of being under 170 this week, but water weight has hit and I'm up three pounds from last week now. silly sodium. I should hit my goal though within the next two weeks.8

to get under 14st - 3lbs to go
I just keep thinking, 'I'll never get below 15stone.' Then it hits me I already have. I am already about 18lbs lower than I ever thought I could get to. It's pretty awesome!12 -
My Birthday is in 4 months. My goal is to get to a weight i probably havent been at in 18 years. Its aggressive but i think doable. So far I am on pace to be very close.8

That I am 3lb away from a full 30lb loss. Also I am SUPER close to ONEderland that I REALLY want to hit that again! Hopefully by the end of the summer!!10

I've been hovering just above 190 for a couple of weeks. I'd be thrilled to see a number in the 180's on the scale. I think I'm there, fat-loss wise, but I keep having high sodium days that are masking it. I retain water like a champ.8

To get below 350 pounds. There's been some weird mental block with that threshold as it would be over 125 pounds lost and serves to remind me that I still have a looooong way to go. I get so close and then rebound. My bad habits are fighting me hard. So today starts strict recording and more movement. I'll celebrate with a massage when I hit it.13

Going to Schlitterbahn water park on June 29 and I want to look and feel my best. My goal is to eat properly and stay on track with exercising until then so I can feel like I earned the indulgence of the funnel cake, french fries, giant turkey leg, etc. I can't wait!6

NO CHUB RUB and being able to wear shorts, skirts, and dresses that go above the knee. Most of my weight is in my legs and booty so even though I'm a size 12, my legs look like I'm a size 20 I do take my thigh circumference as a measurement though and I've dropped close to 5" since I started!13

Visiting my bestie June 28...Wanna be in a healthy BMI for the first time since 2012 - only 5 lbs to go! Last time she saw me I was in the obese category!6

I posted this yesterday:I've been hovering just above 190 for a couple of weeks. I'd be thrilled to see a number in the 180's on the scale. I think I'm there, fat-loss wise, but I keep having high sodium days that are masking it. I retain water like a champ.
Two days of moderate sodium intake (translate: no restaurant food) and there it is! 189.4!
Next goal: Healthy body fat %, estimated to happen at 185 lbs.15 -
Going as low as I can go this week before my vacation next week.8

@sunny_d22 thank you, glad to inspire. What has helped me a bunch is having a voice coach app that pushes me and tells me when to run, sprint, slow run. I also use Runtastic(gps tracking and it watched elevation as well) to track times and calorie burn and I watch my times as I am running. I have also found I don't just run, I switch my cardio between elliptical/stairclimber/running(outside or treadmill when outside doesn't workout). I try to only run 3 times a week and I try to do Intervals(with short bursts of sprints), a long slow run, & a moderate steady run(trying to get my running cadence a little faster).3

My next mini-goal is to break this year long plateau and lose to under 200lbs. This is getting rediculous, I have gained and lost the same 25lbs all freaking year!!! The difference now is my hormones are under control so I am believing I will reach my goal.9
-
225lbs (100kgs) Over head press, gonna hit it within the year10
-
1.8 more pounds and I'll reach the weight I lied about on my drivers license back in October 2015. I'm pretty sure the DMV worker looked at me a little skeptically when turning in my application. My mini goal is to reach that by the end of the week.12

I ordered a souvenir shirt that's one size smaller for my high school reunion in September. I better make sure I fit in it by then!8
