Half a Thomas Light english muffin with a tablespoon of Chavrie brand chevre cheese, sprinkled with balsamic vinegar and herbs de provence or Mrs. Dash. Sometimes stick a tomato or greens on top. I have a savory tooth rather than a sweet tooth and this is very satisfying for about 75 calories.

My newest Favorite goto snack is a half cup of 0% Fage plain Greek yoghurt with 1/2 an ounce of unsalted smoothe almond butter and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice mixed in. 140 calories, super delicious and surprisingly filling.

I love greek yogurt with fresh or frozen fruit, veggies with hummus, mini rice cakes with a little cool whip free ( freeze them and they're like mini ice cream sandwiches!)
  • I love Greek yogurt with fruit or almonds mixed in - Lots of protein without being too heavy! But fresh fruits and veggies are always choice #1.

I love popcorn too. We just buy a package of kernals, pour a couple of tbs into a paper lunch bag, and pop them in the microwave for 3 min. Then sprinke a bit of salt and olive oil. They are great!!

If you've really got a case of the munchies the best thing is a bag of Trader Joe's Skinny Fries. I just open the back and spinkle some cracked pepper. The whole bag is only 330 cals. Great for guiltless munching!
