62 lbs down and counting - Before and durning pics

I have about 16 lbs until I hit my goal weight. :) I like to see how far I have come on those days I start to question why am I doing this. It helps remind me that I am working on a healthier version on myself.

    I just decided to make a change. So I started tracking all my meals and walking daily. Just take it one meal at a time and you will be on your way.

    I started using Leslie Sansone's walk at home videos in the beginning. Now I run around the trail in our neighborhood and progressed to Jessica Smith's workokt videos. She does a mixture of cardio, strength, and yoga/Pilates/ballet inspired workouts.
