Workout : Steady Cardio 5/6 times a week

Before
Weight : 100 kilos
Waist : 44

After
Weight : 80 kilos
Waist : 36

    I was just thinking of doing intermittent fasting today, instead of simply keeping my calorie count low. I have to watch out for diabetes, as it happens. Was that a thing for you too? If so, how are your sugars now?

    Nope..that wasn't :smiley: I tried to avoid sugar as much as possible !! But i was enjoying my Chicken Biriyani (an Indian Dish) everyday :smiley: and its ok to have some sugar once or twice in a week ;)

    20 hours Fasting window nd 4 hours eating window..start your meal by drinking at least 2 glass of water nd alot of fruits and vegetables..if you do that you will already feel full because of the fibers in fruits..so you can't binge even if you want to!! :wink: i tried this..and it worked :blush:
