By ask yourself what are the changes that I have made that take me a step closer to my goal. Remember that every little bit counts,extra walks, more water intake, less calories, healthier options, smaller portions etc.... Remember to give yourself a pat on the back every single day because no one will realize how much effort you put each and every day but YOU!!! Today I made a difference in my body! I survived today and await tomorrows success! Love yourself! Be proud of YOU!
