Does anyone do rebounding?

I just started rebounding, I started looking up the benefits and thought it would be fun and since I already had the trampoline for rebounding I decided to give it a try.
Any success? Do you just run? Or are there any other workouts/routines you do?

I have one and don't use it... I keep thinking I should look up some videos or something but I've been too lazy to do so... ;)

I have been wanting to try this one by one of my favorite instructors. I've read great reviews about it. http://www.totalfitnessdvds./Fit-Prime-G-Force-Rebounding-DVD-Tracie-Long-p/2292.htm

I found most of my exercises on Pinterest.
Today I did it for 15 minutes of just running and I mixed it up a little towards the end out of boredom.

Well I shouldn't say boredom, just wanting to give up/ tired of running lol

I rebound, mostly as a supplement to my other workouts. Today I did a cardio dance workout, then 5 minutes of rebounder. I mix it up with straight bouncing, twisting, high knees, soccer drill, jacks, etc.

I have one, need to pull it out. I heard it's excellent for the lymphatic system.

Yesterday was the first time I really focused and used it for more than 5 minutes. And I can really feel it in my abs and butt this morning.

I joined a studio and did a class and omg! I couldn't move by that afternoon lol, still went and did barre class the next day. Loved the class and I think I'm gonna go buy me one to do some YouTube videos on the weekend.
  • My rebounding involves getting in shape and losing weight, then regaining it. Not really a fun sport on the downswing.

I do about 30 mins every day. I do sprints, high knees, jumping jacks, skips and I do mixed too so instead of normal jumping jacks I do 2 wide then 2 narrow jumps. Change up the speed of the jumps and the intensity. I listen to music or watch tv and the time goes really fast. Kids love it too.
