I need to stop

I've been binge eating and today I'm restricting more, so I don't overeat or binge. I'm going to get back into the habit or working out. Time to start fresh.

    Don't restrict. Binge and restrict is a cycle. Eat at maintenance, or a very very modest deficit - maintenance less 250. If you exercise, eat most of those calories back.

    I've lost 50 pounds with a ~200 calorie per day deficit.
