Tracking Fiber intake

Is there a way to track fiber intake as well as count it towards your daily caloric totals within the calculator?

    You can choose to have it as one of the daily goals... I have it instead of sodium.

    Yep, I do. I also track it instead of sodium. Lots of people track it instead of sugar, too.

    Yep - I deleted sugar and track fiber instead.

    If you are on the web, click FOOD, then SETTINGS. You can swap out nutrients you want to track with the drop down boxes. I swapped Sodium for Fiber. Oddly though, I can only see Fiber on the computer, on my app it still shows Sodium.

    I was told by a dietician to track my fibre on fitness pal which by coincidence I am already using to track calories. I didn't know we could swap items. So now I swapped out sodium. I eat chips many nights so I know I'm getting lots of that. But I really need the fibre.
