    low is less than 5g per 100g!

    Haha sorry!

    3 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
    0.5 Cups of Egg White
    1 Scoop of protein powder.
    Cinnamon to Taste


    Dip the bread in the egg white (same as any french toast really)
    Fry those.

    Mix the protein powder with a tiny bit of water. Just enough so that all the powder disappears and it's no longer grainy. It should make a syrup/pudding texture.

    Sprinkle the cinammon on top of the toast, and drizzle your chocolate sauce!
