I was down to 179.7 on friday, but went away for the weekend and ate a bit more and differently than I do at home.
But it wasn't up a large amount and I still lost some weight, so rather happy.3 -

This past week was just terrible. I had a lot of sodium, didn't log everyday, and I'm pretty sure I was over my calories several days. I don't think I really gained 1.2 lbs, but who knows. Goal for this week is to get back to my start weight of this challenge which was 171.6 lbs.6 -

I'm still early in the weight loss, so I'm sort of sad it wasn't more, but I was at my college reunion over the weekend, and there was quite a bit of liquid calories, which I didn't entirely avoid. Doubling my efforts for a successful second week.7 -

It seems to me that trying to lose 20 or less pounds is the hardest. Those pounds are really stuck on there. It will take very strict adherence to diet and exercise to get those last pounds off. Is this the first pregnancy? First child? If so, then congratulations and enjoy. A bit of cake never hurt anything!
