June 30, 2016 is when I lost my job but that's when i began to become more healthy. Less stress more rest and watching more than 1 big meal a day. I prayed about it and asked the Lord to order my steps. Even though my family loves me being at home it's time for me to do something. This morning I woke up at 4:30 I tried to go back to sleep but I just kept tossing and turning. This was very unusual. So again I asked the Lord what was he trying to tell me. Well while scrolling through my phone I had a few email of friends asking me to help them loose weight. Of course I said to myself who me no. My girlfriend called and said yes *kitten* you. You can do this. At the end of our conversation all I could say was wow look at God! I'm so thankful that I have friends that believed in me when I didn't believe in myself!
