It doesn't seem to matter what I eat for breakfast as I'm always hungry at lunch and dinner. So to save time I just eat cereal and have better and bigger meals later in the day. It's also an easy way for me to get my iron for the day.

Back to my usual omelet. Used some bacon I bought from a local farm to oil the pan (plus to eat in the omelet), added broccoli, mushrooms, and spinach, and then 3 small chicken eggs (my eggs vary in size a lot) plus some feta.2

Ooh, I fancy trying this but without the cinammon.
I had overnight oats this morning. Mixed a vanilla yogurt with porridge oats and frozen raspberries last night and then it was delicious this morning.1 -
Oatmeal with banana (or apple), almonds and a bit of Greek yogurt for creaminess. That will keep me full until 2 or 3 pm.1

On Saturday I made sauteed diced eggplant and zucchini with prosciutto and topped it with two fried eggs. Clean out the fridge meal, but sooo yummy!0

Yeah, my wife says there's no such thing as "breakfast food". Anything can be eaten at any time of the day.2 -
@crazyravr Are you a chef? Was that all one breakfast, or some of your different ones?
Looks lovely, but certainly needs some preparation time I think.0 -

They taste pretty similar to chicken eggs in an omelet. Bigger, maybe a bit richer.0 -
Salt and vinegar ricecake topped with soft cheese and then either smoked salmon or beetroot. Filling and mega low cal!0
