Looking for Low Carb - NOT KETO - friends with open diaries

After 4 years of keto I am moving towards a more relaxed approach. 50 - 70g of carbs a day. About 1450 calories. No saturated fats (only avocado, fish, olive oil etc). No bread/pasta/rice/potato or sugary foods, just more vegetables and fibre. Looking for friends who eat low carb but not to keto levels and willing to share their diaries with me.

Go ahead and add me. After about 5 months of diet fatigue I'm diving back into low carb. I was always in the 40-70g net carbs range. Calories set to 1200 but that's a net minimum for me.1
