Weight loss after baby

So my baby is now 6 weeks old and I started working out and dieting for the first time in my life 2 weeks ago. I gained 70lbs during my pregnancy and was 230 right before I had him. I am now 200lbs exactly trying to get to my goal weight of 150. I feel like I don't even have a brain anymore because I'm always thinking about food! Any new moms out there?

You need to eat healthy foods that are lean- vegetables, greens, rice, beans, etc. And you need to keep exercising to stay healthy too. Mummy magic tea helps with weight loss. It has lots of benefits for health and weight loss. You should drink 2-3 cups of this tea each day to improve your health and get close to lose weight.1

If you are breastfeeding or pumping you should be carefull of doing a strict diet. If you are, I've heard it's a great diet in itsself.1
