Not a good start lol - Holiday weekend was tough. But I got back on track Monday and stuck to my calorie limit and walked 4.5 miles. Holidays are always tough for me. I need to have a really good loss this week.

Ate at above maintenance before my triathlon, then binge ate for a few days and ended up at 185lbs again. Been back at it again for the last few days and I am now 182.5lbs....
I still back myself to get down to 179lbs by the 22nd of June though - 3 weeks, 3.5 pounds.
22nd of July would then be an aim of 176, then try and hit goal weight of 172 by the end of August!
