Despite having nearly 40 pages of recipes logged on MFP, I am having trouble deciding what I want to cook for dinner. What's everybody else having for dinner this week???

That was the plan too but you know, "the best-laid plans". Lol

LOL. We did chicken wings last night! Either you guys are peeking at my diary and screwing with me or there is some type of weird MFP telepathy going around!

^^^Although I can't say I have ever roasted radishes. Sound interesting!

Tonight is veggie fried rice with egg and shrimp and a side of watermelon.

Last night I made a philly cheesesteak sloppy joe. It was SO good and comforting.

How does one make a "philly cheesesteak" sloppy joe? Or is it just all the meat peppers onions etc in a pan and mixed? It DOES sound comforting and delicious!

Salad made of: a cup of arugula, cup of spinach, 5-6 sliced grape tomatoes, half a cucumber, half avocado, generous sprinkle of grated cheese, half cup cooked quinoa, salt and pepper, drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. This plus one warm pita and hummus. Half a mango with a couple of tablespoons of vanilla ice cream for dessert.
  • Bacon, mushroom, spinach and cheese omelette with toast.

In-laws are coming back from a road trip with our boys so we're moving our pizza Friday to this evening and having pizza Tuesday.

Well, Sunday we had grilled salmon, carrots and parsnips, along with a raw beet and lettuce salad w/ balsamic.
Last night we had pulled pork, cole slaw and some raw veggies from the garden (radishes, sugar snap peas, spring onions)
Tonight we are having burgers, slaw and fresh picked berries.
I'm not sure about the rest of the week.

Thank you. I use my spiralizer sometimes to swap out half my pasta (spaghetti or linguine works best) and use zuchchini noodles. This is an interesting take, and 19g of protein. I have never used nutritional yeast. I am a vegetarian.
