    Yep you are right..i thougt it stands for minutes.. but now i looked on my ipod and it is hooours..
    i'm so excited can't wait to listen to it ;)

    i also downloaded different podcasts lasn night.. one is called " fitnes rocks " something like that.. and a nutrition diva.. etc.. so i have now plenty stuff to listen to :)

    Hi I would go to itunes I couldnt download any other way. Itunes is a free application so if you havent got it you can download it free. then follow the instructions at the beginning of the post. Any probs give me a shout.

    There are several shows worth. She is on every Sunday so I downloaded like 3 months worth.

    listened to her yesterday all afternoon ( at my job i can listen to ipod all day ) and continued on the treadmill at home

    I GOT IT YEA FINALLY ! WHAT HAPPEN WAS I DIDNT HAVE IT IN CAPS ONCE I DID THAT IT WORKED ! THANK YOU SO MUCH
