Chicken, spinach/kale, and cream cheese

Need to create something with this combination for dinner tonight and I'm just striking out on ideas. Would prefer no pasta.

Anyone know a recipe that would fit that bill?

    Enchiladas come to mind. A restaurant in my town makes a chicken & cream cheese enchilada in a corn tortilla with a mild-to-medium green sauce. Adding in spinach or kale would make it even better!

    Mix the greens and cheese together and stuff the chicken with it?

    or instead of stuff, flatten the chicken to like 1/4", spread the cheese and green mixture and roll up the chicken. You could even dip in egg and breadcrumbs and bake.

    or depending on quantities you could make like a spinach dip with shredded chicken and eat it with Italian bread or pitas.
