    It's a great app. I love how you can scan items straight in it. Most things are already in the database. It also helps me set goals and keep track on what I'm eating and tracks my progress

    Hey. I just joined today myself. I'm already finding it quite useful, it was great walking around Morrison's, scanning my dinner then seeing how many calories I had left for pudding :wink:

    Great tool to help you keep on track. I have used it on and off for years. If you are honest with your journaling you will achieve your goals.

    I enjoy the app a lot. Also, word of advice is to gather a great support group! When I was using this just by myself, not much luck. After adding other MFP people as friends and getting really involved, that is when I started seeing success in fitness goals.
