Changing your settings...

Hi! I'm new to this site...just started yesterday. I was wondering if many people change the nutrient %'s settings for themselves. I used the custom settings, and changed my targets to 40/30/30 (carbs/fat/protein). I know that eating more protein makes me feel full longer. Any advice is appreciated...I'm looking forward to figuring out all this site has to offer, and I'm looking forward to getting these 13 lbs. off!

I don't change my percentages per say, but I do change my daily calorie goals daily. I zig zag my calories so I change my calories from 1400 to 1600 to 1900, depending on the day......that is so awesome about this site, you can do whatever you want!! :happy:0

I was just wondering the same thing myself. Frankly, I don't understand why it's saying my fiber intake is so low. Honestly, I'm diabetic and the more fiber I can get the better, it has a negating impact on carbs, which are, of course, a diabetic's enemy. Any ideas on that?0

I never thought about changing my calorie target daily! Hmmm...something to ponder.0
