Anybody else out there that struggles with selfcontrol? Any tips or ideas? I struggle with portion control.

If it's trouble measuring out a good portion I suggest getting some measuring cups and follow serving sizes, always read the serving size! And do you best to follow it...

If it's trouble with still being hungry after a portion or if a portion is not enough to fill you up and you end up eating more... a few tips you could try drink a glass of water before Meals , eat slowly.. try chewing your food throughly.. try water with some apple cider vinegar is supposed to help keep you feel drink about 10 mins before meals..

Another tips may be doubling up on lower calorie foods i.e. Vegetables insteads of meats and stuff

    Hope some of this helps!

If you have your goals set too low, you can adjust them to lose one pound a week. That is a
    reasonable weight loss plan.

You cannot really rely on willpower.
Make a plan and focus on following out your plan:

a scale would be far more accurate (and a better investment) than measuring cups...
