Image below.

Best I could find in the database is "Sumo Salad - Chicken Schnitzel Salad Medium - 280g" . I up-scaled that with a factor of 1.5 to make it large = 420g =710 kCal (2,970 kJ)

Does that sound right?
It's probably not that big?

Salad has a white liquid dressing (not thick or creamy)
Cutlery gives some idea about size of the plate.

Nope that doesn't seem right at all.

You may want to get some kitchen scales and weigh stuff. My salads without protein and dressings are under 50 cals. With a full meal they sit around 400ish cals

Good luck. If your diary is open you should add me as a friend. I always struggle getting in creative meals so like to get ideas from others.

I'd try using the recipe builder. You can put in how much chicken breast, how many grams greens, and then ml of dressing or oil and you'll get an accurate reading.

It's so hard to say. Dressings are what give salads most of their calories. Depending on what dressing was used and how much you could be about right or completely off. Also depends on how the chicken was prepared. Doesn't look grilled. And are there croutons on it or is that all chicken?

Either way, I think 700 calories is a "fair" estimate. Probably the best you can do.

cool thanks. all chicken. I'd guess fried in pan with bread crumps on it. no croutons.

I would just work out the ingredients and input those.
