Lifting Routines

Does anybody have a lifting program or routine they reccomend? I am looking into Stonglifts 5x5 , but havent finished researching. I am only a few weeks away from finishing my cardio cut, and will want to start adding muscle mass. All suggestions are appreciated.

    I would recommend anything by either Mike Geary or Tom Venuto, both have helped me go a long way towards my goal and improving my general health.

    i really dont do a specific routine.

    i do things a bit opposite of what most would though.

    do a split routine.
    leg day
    biceps/chest day
    day off
    legs
    triceps/back/shoulders
    off
    legs
    etc etc. ya i work the same part twice a week.

    a good thing to remember is, most body builders would recommend bulking before cutting. since during cutting we lose a little muscle mass. a great site for this is bodybuilding.com. they have excellent forums.
    you could also try hypertrophy specific training. i did it for a few cycles back in the winter...i dont know if i gained any real mass, but i know it made my strength triple.
