So these are not the best pictures and the progress will probably not be amazing for a lot of people, but I just felt life sharing because it made me very happy to see the bit differences.

I am what a lot of people would say "skinny fat", I have been working out for 50 days now, eating clean, I do not go to the gym... I exercise at a park, I do bodyweight, use a light resistance band and a few days ago I got some ankle weights (:ogvi9dcs9odg.jpg

The results are Looking good. I notice you are more lifted from behind and the stomach area looking tighter and toner. Keep it up

What kind of excercises did you do during those 50 days? Or did you do total body workouts? I'm just starting out, and I'm not sure what I'm really doing but I am curious because I also want to work on my glutes.

Thank you very much! I think I was dealing with bloated stomach for some time, I had really bad eating habits.

You have done a great job - you looked good before, but now you have a booty like a comic book character. I'm definitely going to look up that video.

With that said, I don't want you to get offended by what I'm going to say next, I'm just mentioning it so you don't get disappointed. Building nice glutes in 50 days is a little too good to be true. I'm talking true glute muscle. The size increase is more than likely fat or water from new exercise program you are doing. To build true glute mass it's like with every other part of the body, you need to tear the muscle and rebuild with a calorie surplus.

Don't worry haha, I appreciate your feedback! I actually thought about this too, I just don't think it would be fat, I work out 6 times a week and have been reducing my body fat since I started (I do leangains 5 times a week and I have been 100% consistent about it), I thought that maybe the difference is also because I was a bit bloated before and now is going away (that could cause the body to look a bit difference by just that), but I see what you mean by water (and maybe even just blood circulation after workout right?)

I thought about when I will be posting another progress, maybe in 6 months (:

I can see a difference for sure and you look great. If you don't already know about it, Freeletics is an app (there is a free version and a paid version, I only use the free version) that also has lots of bodyweight exercises. Keep on going. You look fantastic.
