I joined In June (don't remember the exact date), but I looked at it and was kinda like ehh....
But I just decided to get serious about two weeks ago. I've lost 8 lbs so far and still working hard to get the rest off.0 -
I started on January 17th and so far I've lost about 23 lbs. But of course everyone is different.0

March 6th, 50lbs on the dot..I didn't start excercise until end of june, so lost around 45lbs by diet alone with trying to be more active day to day, like cooking and cleaning more and not just sitting in place all day everyday.. but then I realized I need to tone more to help with skin elasticity since I was over 300lbs and didn't wanna be left with a ton of skin, so toning and strengthening really helps there.0

I know it's gonna take a while and I can't wait to reach the end result!!! I'm just curious and trying to mentally prepare myself for the long haul.
My beginning date is February 25th, 2011 and I have lost 47 lbs...around 2 lbs a week as per my doctor's instructions...0 -
It's taken about 14 months and I've lost 40lbs. I need to lose another 10lbs to reach my goal weight.0

I started January (2 months before joining MFP) last year and am at a 13 lb loss. I hit a plateau at 19 lbs lost in April. Lost 2 lbs finally in June after making some changes... yo-yoed a few lbs then reached a low of 158 (so 1 lb more loss) by August... came home from vacay and didn't get back to that weight 'til October. Went to see my grandma, had too many sweets, ended the year at 164. Got down to 160, got injured, went up to 170, and now currently am back down to 167. All this to say, life happens. Don't put a time limit on it because it's hard. If I had been able to be strict the whole time, I could have gotten to my goal weight by end of last year but I didn't. I'm not beating myself up about it. I've changed my workout routine so many times because of all the ups & downs and I'm still technically smaller in some spots than I was at 158 so I don't regret it. It's a journey and I have to learn how to control myself.0

I started MFP April 30, 2011 at 366.6 and this morning I weighed 333.6. So, 33 lbs in just over 3 months. I had lost about 11 lbs before joining.0

Started on July 29, 2010, and have lost to date 61 pounds. I was up to 74 at one time, and derailed. Back at it, and excited about reaching my next goal!0

I started Feb. 20th at 210 lbs. As of this date, I have currently lost 40 lbs.0

It's all in my signature, but I started June 6, 2011 at 230, and as of this morning I am at 208.4. I joined MFP on the 7th of June, today is day 50....so 21.6lbs in 50 days!0
