I jogged a total of 4.8 miles today.
Did my strength training as well.0 -

Monday: 3.71 miles. Completed strength.
Tuesday: 4.3 miles. Completed strength.
Wednesday: 4.7 miles. completed strength.

Option B
Weapon: Baseball bat!
To be under calories everyday and complete my diary with everything I eat, everyday!
Monday: Jogged 2.6 miles, dumbbell rows (3x15, 30lb dumbbells), the straight punch (15lb weights) and the chops (15lb).
Also used baseball bat effectively! (under cals & complete diary)
Tuesday: Jogged 3.0 miles
Under cals and completed diary.
Wednesday: Jogged a mile and then did 1.2 miles worth of sprints.. Hope that counts! (20 half gassers (53 yds across a football field sideline to sideline, 106 yds each) for a total of 2120 yds or 1.2 miles of sprints!)

Thursday: Jogged 2.5 miles (did a half mile warm up, then ran the track + stadiums for the remaining two miles.. talk about a workout!! Sooo sore haha). Also completed the dumbbell exercises at home!

Friday: Ahhh went to the state fair... walked around for 7 hours though!! Didnt record everything! failed today.
Saturday: Jogged 2.5 miles, did strength training.

Totally! =] I have a hard time with them too haha. You can also try the ones on the wall or on a bench/seat which make a different angle and some people prefer. =]0 -
As long as modified push ups are OK, I'll be doing Option A with my Hockey Stick to hand - making sure I meet my calcium level without resorting to pills

My arms HATE me for the 45 tricep dips I just did. ]:0

I thought tricep dips were easy until I actually started doing it. On my 5th rep, I already felt a bit of pain. Got used to it afterwards though.0

I had to do them in sets of 10, because I felt like I was going to fall out. ]:0
