Hey :) I'm Kayleigh. I'm at day one and new to this. I'm hoping to lose 45lb to get to my goal and I've never been this motivated to actually get there. It's my time now :D I'd really appreciate any adds, advice and maybe new friends along my journey. Feel free to add me.

    Just stay focused on the end goal and flexible in between. Pro-tip, if you ever have a day where you over eat. Don't feel like all hope is lost, it happens to everyone. I find that adjusting my numbers for the next week helps me stay in a deficit still. Just take 10% from your total numbers for the week and stay there for about 7 days. Then go back to your usual numbers. If that makes sense, feel free to add me. Good luck!
