Eaten clean all week save some home made Onion Bhaji's and a couple of slices of cake. Resisting the biscuits in the office and the flapjack in the cafeteria.
Set to do an 80 mile bike ride tomorrow, so will be eating a fair amount over the next 24 hours to get me through it. Hopefully still see some kind of results by the end of next week - 2 weeks to drop 2.5lbs now.

I have to weigh in today as I can't tomorrow, but that's ok I guess because I made it!! An astonishing 3.7 lbs loss this week. It's a bit strange since I had 2 cheat/maintenance days, but the scale showed a steady loss all week. On to the last 4 days!2 -
