How long did it take you to start seeing results

Hi all

Just wondering how long it took people to really notice results from exercising and healthy eating. I've only been *really* concentrating for a week and a half, so still early days for me and I guess as I don't have a huge amount to lose, the progress will be slower... but I'd like to know when people really started to notice a visible difference in themselves.

    between 4 to 6 weeks you will see big results as long as you stick to it the results are the same for everybody ;)
  • about every 6 to 12 weeks when you really see the difference

    but then again everyone bodies is different..
    but on average
    about 6 weeks
    can be less can be more
