Carb Cycling. Is anyone doing this? What are the benefits? Please help.

I did the Chris Powell choose more lose more. I lost quite nicely on it and he makes it simple to understand. The benefits? I lost weight when I could not before as I have pcos and it was quite hard to lose weight. I learned a lot about calories and correct portion sizes ( I had portion distortion). And in combination with diet exercise. I found it to be the easiest thing I ever did and I never felt deprived or a need to cheat ( which I always had problems with before on other plans)5

I started Chris Powell's choose to lose more carb cycling about 4 weeks ago and have lost about 10 lbs so far. It is typically very difficult for me to lose weight too. I have low carbed in the past with initial good results but then it stops working for me. It is easy to understand and follow since you don't have to deprive yourself of your favs for long, there are reward meals or days worked in. I have about 25 left to go so I fully expect it to take awhile. Good luck.0

I do - I do lower carbs on non training days, and have one higher carb day which allows me the opportunity to include more "fun" food whilst still sticking to my weekly calorie goals0
