Squats!!!!
I wish all the people who said lifting would have specified their favorite lift just because I am curious
My favorite lift is deadlift. I enjoy lifting about as much as counting calories, but like calorie counting I suck it up and do it because I love the results.
My favorite activity is walking. I live in the country so it is very relaxing. I also like that I can do it in any clothes, don't have to drive anywhere, or need to get out any special gear, just walk out the front door and enjoy myself.1 -
