I told my husband that I needed a Push mower that would start every time I NEEDED IT TOO. Sometimes I can't start the mower. So what did he do? He got me one of those really old ones from years ago. It has no motor but the blades cut really good. It is one of those 'REEL' mowers...IT IS A WORK OUT and I thought my self=propelled push mower was a work out!
edit: I forgot too say that I walked 2.25 Miles with my girls and the rest with the mower..0 -

When I get down on my knees I have trouble getting back up. Several times over my journey I have tried too walk 100 steps and jog 100 steps and then 50 but my knees would not hear of it so walking is all I can do..

This isn't going too badly... before the challenge I was barely hitting my step count on s-health. I think next month I'll try and push for 7500 a day. It's hard as I don't move a lot at work and I dont count steps from training - cant keep a phone or band on.1 -

Well this is my first time logging, sorry guys! Definitely not up to par. Holiday weekend then birthday weekend for the bf. I'm determined this week to kill it and going to try and get 100k just this week! Was already at the gym today and plan to go for an afternoon walk then have martial arts later. Anywhooo

Hello from Sweden!
I hope it is not too late to join this great group.
I would like to reach 12,000 steps every day the rest of the month. I will report my progress on Fridays and Wednesdays. And I will probably need your help to translate stationary bike into walking. Neither me nor my dog like walking when it rains!

WELCOME 'hello from Sweden!' lol Does your bike have something on it that tells miles? Although you probably don't go by miles you go by Kilometers? Does your Bike have a gauge for that? Haven't rode my bike in a long time BUT when I did my husband would drive off the route and then tell me how many miles that was so I knew what I was riding....
IT HAS BEEN A BUSY DAY here on this Tennessee Mountain! Husband and I walked the girls for 2.25 Walking Miles. Then we hauled dirt from across the road too level out some areas in our yard. That gave me another 2.0 Steps miles. After lunch and resting I then decided too Push mow the back lawn. That gave me 2.0 mowing steps. All in all I have got in 6.25 Walking Miles today....
