Coming out of hiding

Hello everyone, I decide to come out of lurker mode. My name is Krys, I'm a 32 yo single mom of one. I'm trying to reach my goal weight of 140. I have used the MFP app for my iPhone off and on for awhile now. I recently started using the app again and would like to keep at it. Lately my eating habits haven't been so great. I'm trying to get back on track. I'm hoping that using this website along with the app will help me get to a healthier weight.

    Step into the light Krys. You are on your way to the next chapter of your life. I encourage and support you. If you want to friend me, please do. I too recently emerged from obscurity and overall frumpiness. I am turning 60 this year and going to get my Mojo back and my little black jeans on and let my vibrant glowing ageless self out to play!
