Hey everyone my name is Carly, I've been weight training now for 2 years, 2 years ago I was the top end of 16stone and I've lost a total of 5 stone!! (Then put a bit of muscle on) Recently I've started flexible dieting, watching my fats proteins and carbs and I've lost a further stone

Im hoping to get lots of support from MFP and I love hearing and seeing everyone's progress

Currently I'm training for two half marathons for such a great charity wish me luck
