short time but I want to inspire others as I was inspired by all success stories here

My progress after 2 weeks :

Weight : -2 kg
Waist : -4 cm
Arms : -2 cm
Hips : -1 cm
Thighs : -1 cm

I can't express my feeling
Can't even believe it
I'm dieting (yo_yo) since 7years
Even fad diets didn't give me those results
I wish I had started MFP earlier

I love how tiny my waist become
I already have an hourglass body shape After those amazing 2weeks
my waist become even smaller

I am on 1200 calories (not low i am 155cm < 68 kg)
doing ZUMBA for an hour at HOME ( some days less or more)
or some kickboxing or walking

It really WORKS
just take a DECISION
