I really want something which suppresses my appetite. What should I eat or drink? I've tried a large glass of water and it makes me pee every half an hour.

There's an all-natural plant extract derived from a plant mainly cultivated in Peru, Bolivia and Columbia, that has been scientifically proven to both increase metabolism and suppress appetite.

I got the powder and the noodles I prefer the tiny pasta and the orzo because in a vegetable saute or vegetable meat mixture you do not even notice it but it has 0 calories and loads of fiber . I got the oat konjac and the oat konjac with raspberry fiber . ( because I bought so many packs of noodles I just chop them before adding to my recipie and you do not realize you are eating low cal
The powder I use a tsp in a glass of crystal light 1/2 strength 3 times a day . that allows me to feel full and content on 1200-1400 calorie a day . I also make smoothies with a half banana and some berries added to the fiber drink

In all seriousness, when I feel a little hungry, I'll hit up the turkey jerky .. keeps me feeling ok without a lot of calories .. and hey, protein.1

Every other serving of water have some hot coffee or tea.... oh wait, that makes you pee just as much if not more....
But in all seriousness, liquids do help but they aren't a cure-all. At a certain point you're still hungry albiet hydrated. Yes, thirst can be mis-interpreted as hunger but you might just be hungry.
There's no real secret to feeling full. It really comes down to:
* Fats
* Fiber
* Protein
All foods that tend to satiate food tend to have at least one of these components. For instance, a homemade yogurt smoothie with some protein powder may have a very nice array of all three.
Caffeine does help a bit (it's a stimulant which helps a bit with appetite suppression).1 -

This is where my mind went too.
And seriously, if I'm wanting to eat something between meals, coffee (black) usually does the trick.1 -

Coca leaves, chewed, held in the mouth, and only saliva swallowed. Khat, chewed, held in the mouth, and only saliva swallowed. Enough of anything, chewed, swallowed.0

I have very little self control in the evening for some reason even if I save the bulk of my calories for the latter part of the day. For the past three days I have been drinking Metamucil appetite control. I have only tried the orange zest flavor it sort of taste like tang. but it also comes in pink lemonade.It's a little rough initially because the main ingredient is psyllium husk, very high in fiber and I felt bloated and had to increase my water intake although I drink between 80 and 100 ounces daily.Secondly drink it fast in cold water only otherwise it thickens into a slight gel like texture. I hope this helps and also start slow with one glass per day, by all means follow the instructions.0

Yes fibre might be worth a try OP - eat Allbran for breakfast or any time - has very little calories and very filling
Also changing to high fibre versions of your regular foods - eg wholemeal/multigrain bread.
and just generally eating high volume low calorie foods - like vegetables. More 'bang for your buck' might help you feel fuller longer.1 -
Food suppresses my appetite....
You should eat food that fits your calorie goal. You might feel hunger, that's not a bad thing - you don't need to feel satisfied all the time.3 -
I find a chocolate whey shake with coconut oil satisfies me for hours and hours. Protein, healthy fats and about 500 or so calories out of my 2000 or so for the day. Good deal!0

Use one of those infuser bottles and add fresh cucumber, ginger, and lemon to your regular water. It helps reduce bloat, keep your GI balanced, and reduce the feeling of hunger. Plus it's not a pill or powder. Just fresh ingredients.
Also ....eat a pickle or a bunch of pickles followed by as large glass of water and wait 15 minutes. If you're still hungry, you've waited out your brain telling you that you're hungry if you actually aren't (and had a snack without adding calories).2 -
Appetite is good. Don't try to mess with it. Water does not suppress your appetite, but you may think you are hungry, but really are thirsty, and water satisfies thirst. If drinking more water just makes you pee a lot, you are not thirsty. So stop that.
If you are eating too little, eat more. If you are eating poorly, eat better. If you miss certain foods, find ways to work them in. If you are exhausted from exercise, reduce frequency/intensity/duration. If you are bored, find something to do. If you are tired, rest, maybe take a nap. If you are sad or upset, find an outlet for those emotions. If you are well fed, rested and happy, any amount of excess appetite is something you just have to accept.7 -
I always go for sugar free jelly, it takes the edge off my sweet tooth and takes away the food cravings. And as an extra bonus is the lack of calories.
I usually make a jelly in the morning at work using the plastic water cups, leave it in the fridge and by the afternoon i have as many cups of jelly to kill that craving as I need.

Do you know which foods you find most satiating? I find fat satiating so I eat foods high in fat and protein for most of my day. Some people find potatoes very satiating. Others love huge salads. Find the food that satiated you and eat more of that.1

It's different for different people. You need to experiment and take note of anything that helps you feel full. For me that would be hearty vegetable stews with most of stew bulk coming from potatoes.0

Coffee for me. Not sure if it's caffeine or bc it's hot, but it turns off my Hungry Switch.1

Two good, toasted pieces of bread (I love a good local market bakery bread with zero sugars in it) with 4 tbsp of costco guacamole and sliced tomatoes, if I have them on hand. I eat it for breakfast almost everyday, and it keeps me full for 4 hours.1
