I'm trying to stay motivated and lose some weight! I hope this website will help! I am terrible about keeping up and staying motivated! Any suggestions?

    Hi, I'm new to this too decided this looked like a good tool to keep track of what I'm doing, brain needs to get into gear on this one. Been logging the food but decided exercise will start 1st Aug seems like a good day.

    Log in to MFP everyday, be honest to youself on the foods and calories you eat, eat healthy and excercise, and communicate with friends here on MFP. You will lose weight. Good luck and stay motivated.

    If you feel like you're going to forget to log/ not have enough time, you could make MyFitnessPal your home page. Then you'll remember to add everything you need to. Be very honest- its the only way to keep on it, under control, and comitted! Good Luck!
