Very tasty! Try roasting the broccoli in coconut oil until slightly charred, then mix the quinoa through - then some chopped coriander (cilantro I think you call that) - yummy0 -

            I had salad with too much mayonnaise dressing and a small piece of hawaiian pizza shredded into pieces and added to my salad. Also 5 pcs of sushi, a mouthful of rainbow cake and a cup of green tea.0

            veggie egg white omelette, 3 slices of avocado, 2 bacon and small fruit. And COFFEE.0

Hormel Black Label - Jalapeno Thick Cut Bacon, 2 pan fried slices
Planters - Mixed Nuts (1oz = 28g), 28 g 
Kroger - Egg, Hard Boiled, 2 egg
Kraft Natural - Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese (With A Touch of Philadelphia), 14 g (1/4 Cup)
Fiber One - Original Bran Cereal, 0.5 cup (30g)
Pero Family Farms - Hot Jalapeño Peppers, 1 pepper (28g)
Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni Slices, 8.5 slices

            I had dinner with friends.
California rolls, 6 pieces, espresso.

            Chicken yakesoba, egg roll, egg flower soup and a big scoop of guilt. But my soda was diet Dr.pepper so there's that.
