What is motivating your fitness decisions today?
I've been into fitness and lifting for at least 6 years. Recently went thru a breakup, and now I have son much more fuel to make gains and then shred. I'm not doing this to prove anybody wrong, I just want to be a better man for myself first, and my next girlfriend second. You want a high caliber chick/guy? Then YOU need to be a high quality chick/guy, remember that. Where's your fuel coming from?

All I want out of today is lower blood sugar. Ffs I am tired of what I see on the meter, damaging my body, and being on the mood yoyo. It sucks though; I'd love it if my body just functioned like normal lmao.1
