your diary isn't visible. you need to give details. How much do you think you ate? how did you log? did you weigh your food?

there is NOTHING in your post that we can look at to help you whatsoever.

I don't have an opinion. I can say that I worked out and logged honestly for 2 weeks and ended up gaining almost 4lbs. Then I decided to not get too discouraged, and try not eating my exercise calories for a week and see if that helped. It did - and I've been losing slowly ever since. I wish you the best. I know its so hard to be 'good' and the scale moves the other way. Have you thought about tracking inches as well as pounds?

You're a female. If it's your TOM, your weight could easily increase by that much.

You say you are logging your foods. But are you weighing them, too?

Here's a chart that can give you some ideas:

One of the downfalls of weighing weekly is that any time the scale reads higher it seems like the whole week was a waste.

It's perfectly possible that you did great, lost fat, but happened to weigh while retaining water due to sodium intake, muscle repair, hormonal stuff, etc. Depending on your weighing methodology, you might also have weighed at a different time of day with more food in your GI system, wearing more, who knows?

If you logged accurately and stayed under your calorie goal I'm sure you're fine.

I weigh daily, so I can tell you anecdotally that although I weighed more this morning than I did last Monday, I have lost a couple of pounds of fat. I just ate high sodium over the weekend and am full of water. I'm not concerned.

you were eating more than you think. I'd double check things here. this is now how MFP works. Its designed to allow you to eat at least a good portion of your exercise.

My first impression is that you are not logging accurately OR you were way over estimating your calorie burn from exercise.

Do you have a scale to weigh your food? cups/teaspoons/and other generic portions sizes do not work nor do food labels.

There are alot of posts just like yours. There are various reasons why the scale goes up--not weighing and measuring your food on a digital scale( and therefore going over your calorie goal) ,waterweight from a new exercise program, or for women, monthly cycles, logging a higher calorie burn, etc. You need to discover your reason to solve the problem.
