I kind of did W4D1 today, I didn't get the alert for the second run so i'll have to re-do, but I'll definitely post my updates would love to have a group to keep me accountable/motivated

The C25K challenge is starting this week!
C25K is a program designed to build running stamina. There are 3 sessions a week, with at least one day of rest between sessions, for 9 weeks.
The first week plan is a 5 minute warm up walk followed by 8 cycles of a 60 second run and a 90 second walk on each of the 3 days.
I plan to do C25K on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, depending on the weather.0 -

Up at the top of the page, to the right of the title (C25K Starting June 26) there is an outline of a star. Click the star, it will turn yellow, and the thread will show up in your bookmarks.1 -

First session done!
It wasn't bad at all. It helped that the weather was perfect - 70 degrees, low humidity, partly cloudy, light breeze.
Definitely started on the right path!0 -
