JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS| Round 8

So Starting on June 22- July 1 | JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 8! Lets see what more we can do as we reach a total of 80 days consecutively!
Anyone else game?
Weighing yourself everyday? Controversial you may say? Well for me personally, checking the scale can be motivating. I read in a study of 3,500 people who maintained 60 or more pounds of weight loss for at least a year, researchers from the National Weight Control Registry found that 44 percent weighed themselves every day. Another study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that overweight people are six times more likely to lose weight if they weigh themselves at least once a day. I don't about you, but it helps me and motivates me to keep going or to tweak what I did the day before. I never weigh more than just once in the morning. Our weight fluctuates constantly throughout the day with what we drink and consume, so only make it a 'once a day' rule for sanity sake.
Let's give it our best 10 days ever for an inspirational jump into Summer!
Here is what to do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

Newbie. Not new to MFB or trying to lose weight. Most of you weren't born the first time I joined Weight Watchers (1974) but I'm ba-aa-ack. Weighing, measuring, keeping the diary up. 10 days? I can do 10 days. What a great challenge idea! Thanx for setting this up!!

My best weight loss (50 lbs) occurred when I weighed myself every day. Like you I found it motivating to see the numbers go down! SO I am in. Plus the 10 day stretch is nice and short so eating healthy for 10 days is much more easier to handle than 30 days

I'm in again! I think I started in round 2. I've been weighing and logging every day since mid March and it has really helped to keep me on track.
SW in March - 182.4 lbs
GW - want to get to 150 and then re-evaluate from there
Would like to lose 1.5 lbs by the end of this round. Round 7 was a bit wonky with hormones and life scheduling.
Coming in from Round 7 at 159.6lbs

I'm gonna try this, again. I gained weight for my 1st Round which was Round 7.
I still believe that I can do this, though. I am going to see what I can do this Round 8 -- my 2nd Round.
I must be honest... I expect it to be higher on the first day of Round 8 (my 2nd round). But, after that... I'm hoping to be down by the end of the 10 days.
So, my 1st Round (R7) Start Weight: 156.4 lbs. End Weight 159.6 lbs.
2nd Round (R8): Begin Weight: ___________ 2nd Round (R8) Goal Weight: _________
Final Goal weight: maybe 98 lbs -- not really sure (sm. boned & petite)

Round 8: This is my first round. It's a neat idea.
SW: 227. Final goal weight: 150
6/21/17 weight: 164.5 lbs
Round 8 GW: 163 lbs 161 lbs
6/22: 162 lbs. I was gob-smacked when I got on the scales this morning. I have been stuck around 164 for quite a few weeks, and honestly thought that 163 lbs was the best I could expect in 10 days. Is it too premature to revise that GW?

In again... although I generally just seem to be hovering between 61.9 and 63 depending on the day. Goal is ultimately to get to around 61/60, but then since i've been doing so many weights classes lately, maybe it's better not to focus on weight!
22.06 63. Three classes last night, in sweltering heat! ate a late dinner and I'm not surprised that i'm heavier than yesterday.
