Intermittent fasting works...for me

Because outside of my eating window there are no choices to be made.

Been eating in a 5 hour eating window for about 2 months. BMI now in the normal range. Snoring has stopped. Can stand up from cross legged without using my hands. Have gone from 34 inch pants to loose 32. Lots of energy.

But...not eating any added sugar or junk food.

Exercise unchanged.

    Great job! I enjoy IF as well. I like skipping breakfast - it means I can sleep in a bit later and save more calories for lunch and dinner. :)

    Fantastic job John! I love IF too! It works much better than any other plan ever has and it is also much easier.
