    Yes, I joined the Canadian Armed Forces when I was only 18 and joined Infantry. Fired a lot of really big weapons and had some solid experiences.

    I've worked out while sick but obviously I had to take a deload. When I was injured....yea kinda but I had to do different exercises that didn't have anything to do with the injury.
