36 F 145 lbs 5 ft. Trying to lose at least 15 more, tone and get rid of my csection pouch. Have a 1 1/2 yo who unfortunately gets sick constantly and I work nights usually til 1 am that has since hindered me from the gym. Work has made me extremely tired for a morning gym session and LO had made it difficult to bring him to child care at the gym cuz he's only well a week at a time ugh. recently I've been doing minimal home work outs and watching my food intake. Advice, friends anyone in the same boat? Definitely looking for help to get on the right track! Hope to hear from some of u soon!!
