Starting a new job

Hi. I'm starting a new job and it's almost my birthday so I feel like now is the best time to start with a year goal of 85 pounds gone. Tips very appreciated and any other words of motivation.

Meal prep, workout schedule, your success, water drinking goals & tips, detoxING, etc.

    Keep a good food journal. When you make mistakes, lapses, miscalculations, log it anyway. Just keep doing your best. If your plan isn't working, make a better one.

    A new job is a chance to put good habits in place. Good luck.

    Thank you for your kind words ! I am very much looking forward to starting the learning process for a healthier life style! I am very aware of the setbacks I will encounter as it is all trial and error and what works for one may not work for another. Again, thank you for the support
