Hello I'm 35 need to loose 70 lbs so far this is my 4th week and have lost 4lbs. Which is probably all water weight. I am only eating clean not really sure what I'm doing wrong. I run on my treadmill 30 to 45 everyday. Any suggestions are very welcome! Feel free to add me.

You cannot say that 4 pounds is no weight loss. Does that make sense? It's 4 pounds.
You are probably eating more than you think though, and losing at a slower rate. Are you using a food scale?4 -
Four pounds in four weeks is perfectly respectable. Some folks have an introductory loss of water weight but maybe you weren't carrying extra water weight. All the rest is CICO (calories in/calories out).0

If you feel better eating "clean" then so be it, but the weight loss comes from eating fewer calories than you burn. You didn't mention calories in your OP at all. How many are you aiming for? How many are you actually eating? Are you weighing foods? Using measuring cups? Going by the package size?
Is the exercise new?1 -
So you think losing 1 lb a week is not losing weight? You are losing a pound a week, which is more than I am. Are you weighing your food to make sure your calorie intake is accurate?0

A pound a week is great and sustainable! Do you weigh everything on a food scale? Keep up the good work!0

You are walking for 30 to 45 minutes per day, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs 4x more than fat. You have most likely gained muscle mass. Your body will take time to adjust and it will all come slowly .. Hang in there and do not get discouraged.1

Walking doesn't build that much muscle, especially in a calorie deficit. It's not that.1 -

Even under optimal conditions women can only gain half a pound of muscle a week. And that includes a calorie surplus and heavy lifting.
OP, you've lost a pound a week. That doesn't sound like not losing.1 -

Usually losing 4-5 pounds a month is a healthy way to lose!
First you have to find out your bmr (basal metabolic rate) which is the calories you need to maintain your weight.
3500 calories equals 1 pound. So in order to lose 1 pound a week you have to consume 3500 calories less a week or burn 3500 calories a week.
In order to lose two pounds a week if you do both, cut calories and burn calories then it will add up

OP: A little chart that may help you sort it out:
