I like to eat a later dinner, around 7-8pm, it keeps me from snacking too much before bed. What time do you like to eat dinner?

I, however don't have a set time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner like most folks. I guess asian people tend to eat whenever they're hungry. Since, I am on a diet now, I like to eat the american style but usually my dinner is around 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

5:30pm when I get home from work, if I'm starving.

    6:30-8:30 otherwise.

We generally eat around 9:00 p.m. Sometimes a little earlier, sometimes later, but that would probably be the average time.

We start cooking at 6. Eat by 6:30. Then I have a snack between 8-10
  • Whenever I'm hungry to be honest. Some times it's 5pm, other times it's at 8. But when I'm in school, dinner goes on the minute I walk in the door as I'm so hungry.

depends on if i cook before my hubster gets home or he helps cook...so could be any where from 5:30 - 6:30
  • between 630 & 830. we try to average around 7 because hubby gets home around 615 and jillian goes to bed around 830 -- if shes NOT teething... but we stay up later ((around 1)) and get up around 10.

Depends on the day... but usually somewhere around 7. Wednesday (today) I don't get off until 7pm so it will probably be more like 8pm before dinner as I have kabobs in the fridge marinating and they will require getting the grill going, etc. I try not to eat too early as then I will be way more tempted to have lots of small snacks before going to bed.

I would normally have my dinner at 5 pm every day.
  • I eat it at random times too, but try not to eat before 9:30. It depends when I'm hungry, but my fiance also works at a job that has hours at different times each day. So sometimes he'll be home at 6 but the next day he could be home at midnight (he wouldn't eat dinner at midnight, he gets a dinner break).

I'm supposed to eat every three hours, so I usually try to make it home & eat by 6. But if I'm working late or out running errands, I'll just have a quick protein drink at 6 & eat dinner at 9. I don't think there's anything wrong with eating later at night unless you eat a bunch of carbs you're not going to burn. I eat mostly protein, so it's all good.

I eat dinner any time between 7 and 9, usually. I typically leave work at 5:30 to 6pm, stop at the shops on the way home for groceries, shower when I get home (I cycle commute) and then cook (or else my husband does the same), so dinner is ready when all that is done. If we have left-overs and don't need to shop and cook, we sometimes eat at 6:30, but still usually wait until 7 or 7:30.
