Give me high carb low fat delicious cheat day ideas...

inb4 'you're only cheating yourself'
inb4 ' I make it fit'
inb4 ' it's not cheating'

I am experimenting with going to 3K on Sunday bi weekly, and I'd like my carbs high and my fats lowish. I've come up with sorbet and gummy candy so far, what else do you guys have for me?

Low fat pizza. Terrible for calories but still kinda fits

If I have to overload on my carbs, I do pasta with tomato sauce (and meatballs if you want protein). I don't know how low fat you need, but if you make your own sauce not using too much oil/butter and use extra lean meat (chicken, turkey, beef) and cook them in the sauce you could probably make it work. I live for pasta so that would be my first choice. Oh and waffles or pancakes with lots of fruit and syrup for breakfast.

I'm still planning to get 60g fat that day as my minimum, so I can still have a decent amount of fats just trying to maximize the calories I get from carbs that day :) I think I'm going to go with potato pizza and a side of tomato spaghetti haha. Doesn't take long to get to 3k though, sadsies lol

    Cookies
    Brownies
    Chocolate
    More chocolate
    Cobbler
    Pie
    Did I mention chocolate?

If you are going to spend 3K calories and call it cheating, you might as well eat some "cheat" foods.

I'm just thinking of all the goodies in the candy aisle with "fat free" on the label.

I'm trying to keep fats low and just have more carbs/simple sugars because while I am planning to overfeed that day I'd like the benefit of increased leptin and the fats won't really help with that. I may even go lower than normal fats that day and keep them around 40g just to start earlier in the day with the carbs lol

I get it, just saying that this would be a good opportunity to fit some of those types of treats in and they could be low fat. B)

Otherwise, I would indulge in some pasta, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy...

...maybe some bread pudding or rice pudding or...
