I've struggled with weight all my life. This year has been life changing. I ruptured both Achilles' tendons and have been down since January. I'm starting slow by changing what I eat. Once I'm done with therapy, I will begin an exercise routine. I would like to lose over 100 pounds. I am 5'8 and very solid. I would love to connect with others for support.
